Diamond Seal Pro
Start your own business or add value to an existing glass, stone, tile, transportation, or service business with Diamond Seal Systems training, products, and certification.
The Diamond Seal Pro program is designed for dealers and applicators who want to start a surface-care business or add DSS cleaning technology and protective treatments to an existing glass, stone, tile, transportation, or service business.
The initial dealer package includes training, supplies, literature, and products, along with enrollment in the Diamond Certification program. Dealers also receive program pricing intended to support product sales, professional applications, repeat maintenance work, and customer referrals.
Warranty-backed professional treatments are intended to help dealers present the service with confidence. DSS describes customer satisfaction, repeat product and application sales, and word-of-mouth referrals as central parts of the business opportunity.
Glass and granite shops qualify as dealers after their first purchase of Diamond Seal Systems products under the program described by DSS. Dealers can also offer related applications for granite countertops, shower walls, windows, and other compatible hard surfaces. Installers may use those additional applications to expand the services they offer existing customers.
Diamond Seal Systems offers products for a range of professional applications. Prospective dealers and applicators can contact the company to discuss the products, training, and service opportunities that best fit their business.
After signing up as a Diamond Seal Systems Pro Dealer, applicators are enrolled in the Diamond Certification program. Dealers receive literature covering the complete product line so they can become familiar with the technology and select the appropriate treatment for each application.
Best-practices training covers the process from initial product application through continued maintenance of treated surfaces. Careful, consistent application is important to achieving the intended performance, so the program emphasizes both product knowledge and proper technique.
Diamond Seal Systems offers private-label opportunities for select products, including 8-ounce, 16-ounce, 32-ounce, and gallon sizes of Diamond Blue Wash. Other selected products may also qualify upon request.
Private labels can include the dealer’s business name, company logo, address, and website. Interested dealers provide their logo and other artwork in JPG or PNG format, and Diamond Seal Systems prepares the label design for review and approval. Email the company to discuss current program requirements and begin the artwork process.
Branded product bottles can extend the dealer’s identity beyond the initial application and give customers a convenient way to recognize, reorder, and recommend the maintenance products associated with that dealer’s work.
Transportation authorities face constant wear from water, road contaminants, sunlight, and other harsh environmental conditions. Diamond Seal Systems has worked with transit authorities in Southern California on programs intended to restore fleet appearance, address water spotting and corrosion, and make ongoing cleaning and maintenance easier.
Fleet applications can include glass, aluminum, stainless steel, paint, fiberglass, rims, mirrors, and windows. Diamond Seal Systems can discuss a treatment and maintenance approach based on a fleet’s surfaces, operating conditions, and service needs.
