A coastal Malibu residence project focused on restoring glass and metal railing affected by harsh coastal conditions and applying Diamond Elite Home surface treatments.
Project overview.
Coastal homes face harsh conditions that can wear down exposed glass and metal, diminish views, and increase the cost of protecting the property. At this Malibu residence, DSS restored the glass-and-metal railing with a three-step Restore, Protect, and Maintain treatment.
The work addressed coastal exposure while supporting clearer views and easier ongoing maintenance. The clients were pleased with the exterior results and extended the Diamond Elite Home treatment to the rest of the residence.
